BioThane®
What is BioThane®?
BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It’s basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and weldable.

BioThane® has a soft coating with the look and feel of leather. It's very soft, sensory friendly, and very flexible! It will hold it's flexibility will during all types of weather, as it won't become brittle until below -40 degrees Celsius! It also won't hold smells easily like regular cloth, webbed, or leather collars. This is a long lasting material that wont dull, smell, or tear easily.
All of our products are tagged with BioThane® Tag's to ensure the authenticity of the material. We only purchase and use genuine BioThane®.
We use BETA 520 Standard BioThane® in the widths of 5/8th's" and 1".
We also use 1.5" BETA 520 Super Heavy BioThane®. Our color selection for this is limited.

We also carry BETA 520 Rolled BioThane®. Our color selection for this is limited due to supplier limitations.

What if we don't have the color you want in stock?
We have the majority of the color's provided by our suppliers! If you're looking for a specific color that isn't, you can DM me or leave a note in your order. I try to keep all the colors in stock. If there is a shortage I will try to post on the website & Instagram. Ideally, there would be minimal delays to your orders. I can make arrangements to order the color you want as long as it is a color made by BioThane.

Care Tips
Cleaning- BioThane recommends using a 10% bleach solution to completely disinfect the material. I find that a gentle soap and a little water will take care of most dirt and grim!
Be Careful with insect repellents (or any products containing DEET)!
Some insect repellents (containing a chemical, DEET) can cause staining or pitting on BETA Biothane.
Fluorescent Colors have the highest chance of color transfer. This does not pose any risk to your health or your dogs. If this happens wash skin and products with soap and water. (I'd personally avoid storing any white with bright colors too!)
